Ruchir holds an MBA from the University of Mumbai and has been an integral part of Venus Consultancy since 2004, growing alongside the company’s expanding international footprint. Adv. Girish Lheru is a law graduate from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and holds an MBA in Marketing from Nirma Institute of Management. He brings over 20 years of rich experience across recruitment, strategic marketing, and business development.

He has led Venus Consultancy Ltd as Managing Director for nearly a decade, transforming it into a globally recognized recruitment service provider. Under his leadership, Venus Consultancy has expanded its footprint to 15 countries, successfully placing over 10,000 professionals and partnering with more than 2,250 clients worldwide. The firm is known for its personalized approach to talent acquisition, helping businesses build strong, future-ready teams across industries.

Girish began his career in sales and marketing, holding senior positions at renowned organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services, CNBC-TV18, The Times of India, and Taj Hotels. His tenure at Tata Consultancy Services as Head of Strategic Marketing was instrumental in sharpening his expertise in global branding and business growth, skills that have been pivotal in scaling Venus Consultancy’s international reach.
